Hello, I'm Keo.
(or as some know me; "KeoWeoPeo")
I have been addicted to the stage ever since I deeply moved and shocked the audience in my powerful performance as Prince Charming in the Epic Tale of "Snow White". I was 5 and we performed in the beautiful venue of the local library multi-purpose room.
Since then, I have taken my own personal passion to the spotlight.
I have sang in a barbershop chorus called the Ambassadors of Harmony from the age of 10 to 23. During which we won 1st place internationally in 2004 with 160 men on the risers.
I was introduced to improv by my high school drama teacher/Cross Country Coach and instantly loved it.
I have taken an improv class with Second City and Ed Reggi.
I am currently taking the beginner's clas with Bill. (Bill is TEH AWESOMEST!)
I also love acting. I have been in a few shows around town including Picnic, Babes in Arms, and Lend me a Tenor. Occasionally, you can find me at the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
I also love music. I love, love, love music. I try to attend a local concert at least once a week. I play the guitar, harmonica, some bass, learning accordion, and learning percussion.
I sing and write lyrics as much as I can. I find it therapeutic and very fun.
I also dance like a damn fool. Clubbing, swinging, or head banging, I just love to dance! I was very excited to learn that Bill's classes were right next to the Casa Loma. After my schedule frees up I am debating on becoming a dance teacher.
My next challenge is to start emceeing and standup. I have done a little bit of emceeing with a few DJing jobs here and there but stand up terrifies me.
Bill, I look for your guidance in this department.
I also love movies. But that's a whole other story.
